A manufacturing method of ligninolytic enzyme is provided to manufacture an LiP with a high yield by establishing an optimum LiP-producing condition through fixed white rot fungus. A phanerochaete chrysosporium PSBL-1 is used as a white rot fungus. The porosity flexible polyurethane foam is used as carrier. The porosity flexible polyurethane foam is rigidly fixed in order to adhere carriers closely each other. After cultivating it at stirring speed of 1 - 99 rpm to 6 hours - 2 days after inoculation, the white rot fungus is cultivated at a stirring speed of 100-250 rpm, the Mn-free culture medium is used, a 2 - 30 mM of ammonium tartrate is used as a nitrogen source, and a glucose is used as the carbon source. A 0.1 - 5 mM of veratryl alcohol is added before the cultivation, 0.1 - 5 mM of veratryl alcohol is additionally added between 2 and 10 of the cultivation and a lignin peroxidase is manufactured. |
