FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns method of local cytokine evaluation in patients suffering from chronic viral hepatitis (CVH). Method consists in application of sampled fine-needle (20-30G) aspiration liver biopsy for local cytokine evaluation. Immunological values received by solid-phase enzyme immunodetection are expressed in conversion to 1 mg of protein.
