Proposed train for the production of concentrate of tea extract consists from consequently installed extraction unit with sample catcher, filtering centrifuga, and the collector of filtered extract. The extraction unit with sample catcher contains vibroturbulent and transporting systems of mixing with the collector of filtered extract; the heating unit for filtered extract, evaporator system, collector of concentrate extract-liquid, heating unit and drying device with cyclone collector of concentrate extract-liquid, transporter of concentrate extract-powder, the automatic weighing-and-packing machine for concentrate extract-powder, the transporter of packed concentrate extract-powder are additionally consequently connected. Moreover, the collector-mixer of the meal of extracted raw material and sediment from the filtering centrifuga, slime press, the transporter of the slime drying device for the slime with the cyclone, the transporter of the dried slime, automatic weighing-and-packing machine for the dried slime, and the transporter of packed slime are consequently connected with extract and filtering centrifuga. |
