An installation for the treatment of polymer wastes, containing extrusion device, which consists of cylinder body, on the surface of which heaters for the heating of polymer wastes to the temperature of formation of "filter cake" from polymer mass are fixed, and inside the screw is placed, transferring, at first ground, and after that melt polymer mass to the outlet end of the body of the extrusion device, and collecting capacity, besides on the outlet end of the body of the extrusion device the immovable towards the body grating with apertures is fixed, the size of which corresponds the size of fraction of polymer component of polymer sand mixture, which is attached with the help of coupling nut, and also on the end of screw, passing through grating; from the outside of it the radial knife with several cutting edges for division of continuous polymer mass, coming out from the apertures of grating, to separate particles is fixed immovable towards the screw. |
