A method for production of a magnetic core for rotor of an asynchronous motor comprises impression of electric steel plates, core lamination, heating and pouring aluminum in a casting mold to obtain a “squirrel cage” winding. Stamping plates made of electric steel for rotor core stamping, which has double insulation coating, are immersed in solution that washes off the insulation coating. The magnetic core for rotor is laminated by plates thicker than plates of magnetic core of the stator, for example 2-2.5 times. This allows starting torque of asynchronous motor to be increased. |
