FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and ophthalmology and can be used for strabismus aggressive approach. Hyperactive muscle is separated and recessed. Released muscle is fixed by means of a silicone-tape transplant exsected in the muscle width and the length of prospective recession. One end of the transplant is fixed to muscle, while the other is fixed to sclera at an original attachment of operated muscle. ^ EFFECT: method ensures management of strabismus, higher release of muscle pull, improved potential extent of recession and maintained contractile function of operated oculomotor muscle, eliminated postoperative complications, reduced treatment time. ^ 1 ex |
