FIELD: physics, measurement. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention claims device for defining and/or control of at least one medium process parameter, including element (1) which can perform mechanical vibration in one direction and is fixed in clamp (3), exciter/receiver element (5) exciting and receiving mechanical vibration of element (1), and result adjustment/processing unit adjusting mechanical vibrations of element (1) and defining and/or controlling process parameter. Invention provides also at least one compensation weight (20) connected to element (1) mechanically and made/fixed so that it performs mechanical vibration in at least one direction mainly perpendicular to the element (1) vibration direction. ^ EFFECT: reduced reaction force influence on clamp by an element capable of mechanical vibration. ^ 10 cl, 5 dwg |
