FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to design of refrigerating equipment. The proposed method of absorption refrigerating apparatus operation consists in starting/tripping magnitude-constant thermal load on the generator unit of the absorption-diffusion refrigerating machine depending on the temperature. Thermal load starting/tripping is done depending on the temperature as measured at the elevation section of the absorption-diffusion refrigerating machine dephlegmator. Tripping is done at temperatures exceeding that of ammoniation. Starting is done at temperatures inferior or equal to that of ammoniation. ^ EFFECT: reduced energy consumption. ^ 1 dwg
