A motor valve with rotating plug has a body with at least one inlet and outlet nozzles; axisymmetric seat that is rigidly fixed in the body; rotating plug fitted in seat, with rod; and rotary drive on basis of piezoelectric motor. The motor has circular piezoelectric generator of directed radially stationary waves rigidly connected to the body of the valve and equipped with means for connection to pulse current source and control system, elastic ring acoustically tightly connected to piezoelectric generator and equipped with at least one elastic pusher, and rotor placed with uniform gap with respect to piezoelectric generator brought in friction contact with at least one elastic ratchet pusher and kinematically connected to the rod of rotating plug. Such valve provides high operation rate and positioning of the rotating plug with high accuracy. |
