Utility model relates to analytical instrument-making and can be used at development of small-dimension infra-red gas analyzers. Multi-component gas analyzer consists of optically connected source of infra-red radiation, cuvettes with inlet and outlet gas branch pipes, inlet and outlet transparent windows, and parabolic mirror in focus of which receiver of infrared radiation is placed, output of receiver of infrared radiation through amplifier is connected to block for electric signal processing, this comprises analog-digital transformer, microprocessor and indication device. Source of infrared radiation has at least two active elements with p-n transitions that radiate in maxima with wavelengths coinciding with wavelengths in maxima of selective absorption bands of gases being analyzed in gas mix and at least two active elements with p-n transitions that radiate with wavelengths in maxima not coinciding with wavelengths of selective absorption bands of gases being analyzed in gas mix, active elements with p-n transitions are placed with respect to optical axis of source of of infrared radiation together with quasi-parabolic mirror and right polygonal pyramid with mirror surface of facets in such way that those form same independent fluxes of radiation with same wavelengths for each wavelength of source of infrared radiation that goes through cuvette that is in working position. Additional source of infrared radiation has at least two active elements with p-n transitions that radiate in maxima with wavelengths coinciding with wavelengths in maxima of selective absorption bands of gases being analyzed in gas mix and at least two active elements with p-n transitions that radiate with wavelengths in maxima not coinciding with wavelengths of selective absorption bands of gases being analyzed in gas mix placed in front of receiver of infrared radiation. At least two cuvettes are made with different lengths, combined to single mechanical block and take operating position at horizontal or vertical displacement, and inlet and outlet branch pipes of cuvettes are connected to micro-processor block of control of gas flows. |
