A drill-cutter contains a housing, a cutting axial tool with helical grooves located inside the housing, and a cutter for machining of external surface of component. The drill-cutter in addition contains a holder with attachment, installed by one end on the housing. Attachment is made in the form of a channel with spherical groove, in which a nut and a screw are located for displacing the bracket over the incline surface, which is made as one whole with the housing, and the angle of its inclination is determined from the formulawhere X - value of movement in axial directionY - value of movement in radial direction.The cutter is installed at other end of the holder. Universality and adjustment precision of tool on the machine tool upon transfer for working of different components are ensured. |
