A method for applying the hemostatic suture to the wound of the liver provides for the use of the round needle, the suturing the parenchyma of the liver, the application of the vertical block-shaped suture, the juxtaposition of the wound edges, the compression of the parenchyma of the liver with the blood vessels after tightening the sutures. Vicryl suture is used. The parenchyma is sutured throughout the whole depth of the liver, then at the bottom the needle is turned in the opposite direction and exits. Then the same needle is passed to the parenchyma of the liver when the suturing has started, again throughout the whole depth of the liver closer to the surface, with the exit site being on the opposite side. |
