摘要

A method for automated control of process of heating grated tomato mass includes measurement of temperature of grated tomato mass at outlet of vacuum-heater and its control through change of flow rate of steam supplied to heat exchanger of vacuum heater, with measurement of rarefaction of secondary steam in vacuum tank of vacuum heater and its control by means of change of flow rate of cooling water supplied to vacuum tank of vacuum heater. For compensation of external excitations on object of control in channel of control of temperature of grated tomato mass correction block is used, for decrease of effect of delays in object by channel of control of rarefaction of secondary vapor Smith predictor is used.
