FIELD: food products. ^ SUBSTANCE: shrimp skewer comprises a skewer with at least one shrimp threaded on it. Each shrimp includes shelled central part with unshelled head and tail parts on both sides of it; the skewer is run through the head and tail parts of each shrimp so that to keep central part on the one side of the skewer but not to spit it by the skewer. ^ EFFECT: shelled central part can be separated by simple cutting the shrimp on the junctions with head and tail parts. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
