The invention relates to the distribution plates for heat-mass-transfer apparatuses and can be used in chemical and chemical-recovery industry. A distribution plate for heat-mass-transfer apparatus contains a basis, on which in concentric circles there are evenly installed vortex gas-main branch pipes and overflow devices with splashing flanges secured coaxially with them, gas branch pipes are equipped with inclined covers, and overflow devices are located between gas branch pipes. The invention provides for high output of apparatuses by achievement of the uniform separation of gas and liquid and reduction of hydraulic resistance to gas flow, and also preventing the pollution of overflow devices.
