The object of utility model is a method of manufacturing of segment display-board, in particular map or plan covered from two sides with elastic transparent layers. In this case the segments are placed in vertical and horizontal rows and are separated from each other by narrow clearances. In the basic material of the plane-table, on which an picture or a text is applied, narrow horizontal and vertical cuts are made, which separate segments from each other, leaving both in horizontal and in vertical cuts, at least, one connecting element, which combines between them the adjacent segments. After completion of horizontal and vertical cuts the plane-table is covered from both sides with layers of elastic transparent material. These layers are connected between them. Horizontal and vertical cuts are made by a tool, which consists of cutting modules, each of which is equipped with two cutters connected together, and also with two knives, which adjoin the butt ends of cutters. |
