<p>An assembly structure of a PCB and heat sink of a cooling fan controller for a vehicle is provided to prevent damage to the cooling fan controller by preventing a electrical short generated due to the unbalanced assembly of the heat sink in the PCB by steadily assembling the heat sink in the PCB of the vehicle cooling fan controller. An assembly structure of a PCB and heat sink of a cooling fan controller for a vehicle comprises as the follows. A heat sink(20) includes a plurality of radiating plates in a backside in order to radiate the heat generated in the PCB in which a plurality of electronic components is mounted on the front and equipped within the cooling fan of vehicles controller. A plurality of support protrusions(21), which are contacted with a backplane of the PCB, are formed at the same height and in the front side of the heat sink at regular intervals. The fixed space generated due to the quoin of the heat sink between PCB and heat sink, the heatproof silicon in which the thermally conductive material is mixed is filled.</p> |
