A mounting/demounting device is provided to prevent arbitrary separation and theft of the fixture. A mounting/demounting device comprises a base plate(110) of which a penetration hole is formed at the center, a cylinder(120) formed at the penetration hole bottom of the base plate, a piston(130) which is inside the cylinder and is possible for up and down movement, a piston rod(140) formed between the bottom of the cylinder and the bottom of the piston, a striker(150) which makes locking surface fixture possible, a link means(160) in which the top of striker is installed in order to lift over the top of the base plate, a restoration means(190) for return the piston to the original location.
