FIELD: textile industry, paper industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nonwoven fibrous mat, which is used as a semi-finished product, as well as to production method of such nonwoven fiber mat and fibro-composite material made of nonwoven fibrous mat. Nonwoven mat has at least one first fiber made of thermoplastic, fiber's length of which is 0.1-30 mm and wt. 30-90 % and at least one second reinforcing filament with fiber's length 0.1-30 mm and wt. 10-70 % , that has higher thermal stability than the first fiber. The first fiber and at least one reinforcing filament are connected in the points of intersection or in the contact points by a binding agent with wt. 1-10 % . The length of the first fiber is less than the length of the reinforcing filament and basic mass of nonwoven mat is 8-400 g/m2. ^ EFFECT: enhancement of physical and mechanical values of nonwoven fibrous mat. ^ 24 cl, 3 dwg, 2 ex |
