FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to distilling industry, namely to processing of grain-potato distillery dregs into protein feed supplement. The line comprises interconnected units for separating spent grains from liquid phase, following preparation of the liquid phase for yeast cultivation, yeast cultivation and concentration. The line is equipped with a unit for mixing the raw distillery dregs with yeast suspension withdrawn from the cultivation unit; the mixing unit is connected to the separation unit where yeast is concentrated by separating it together with spent grains from the liquid phase, the cultivation unit is fitted with yeast propagators operating with two takeouts. ^ EFFECT: simplifying the processing line, reducing costs for the yeast production and increasing its output. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
