An adjustable wrench for securing the hexagonal head of a fastener, comprisi ng a main hand piece adapted to be held by the user and having at least one head engagement surface thereon adapted for engagement with at least one surface of the hexagonal head, an outer adjustable piece having at least one head engagement surface thereon adapted for engagement with at least one surface of the hexagonal head, an inner adjustable piece having at least one head engagement surface thereon adapted for engagement with at least one surface of the hexagonal head, and a rotating hand piece adapted to be held by the user, adapted for rotational engagement with the main hand piece, and adapted to securely engage the at least one head engagement surface of the outer adjustable piece with at least one surface of the hexagonal head and t o securely engage the at least one head engagement surface of the inner adjustable piece with at least one surface of the hexagonal head.
