Red bean paste composition for crucian shaped bread including mulberry leaf power is provided to improve human's health and make crucian bread better taste by adding mulberry leaf power and glutinous rice powder and prevent adult chronic disease so that everyone enjoys crucian bread. Red bean paste composition for crucian shaped bread comprises mulberry leaf power to the active ingredient. The red bean paste composition comprises 0.1-0.5 wt.% of mulberry leaf power; 8-9 wt.% of muscovado ; 4-5 wt.% of starch; 6.5-7.5 wt.% of sugar ; 0.3-0.4 wt.% of salt ; and water. |
