The apparatus has a frame (1) with internal heating units (2a), external heating units (2b) and a rotative grille support (3) in a form of a spit. The support receives a grille with a product to be grilled and rotates with respect to the heating units and a driving unit (5), where the driving unit is connected to the grille support. The driving unit comprises an electric gear motor controlled by a programmer. The heating units are positioned such that the products are simultaneously roasted on the surfaces by alternating with dead time.
