A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TRI-ALKYLGALLIUM

A manufacturing method of a trialkyl gallium is provided to reduce a trialkyl gallium-manufacturing process using a solvent of specific ether series instead of the diethyl ether solvent when a grignard is manufactured, to reduce a production process and a production cost and to have an efficient process by supplying the trialkyl gallium to device enterprises at a low cost. A manufacturing method of a trialkyl gallium comprises steps of: manufacturing a grignard reagent on an ether solvent; producing an alkyl gallium etherate compound by reacting the grignard reagent with a gallium halide and a gallium halide diluted in the ether solvent; heating and cracking the alkyl gallium etherate compound. The ether solvent used when the grignard reagent is produced is selected from a normal butyl ether, a 4,4'-diaminophenylether or a butyl phethyl ether. The cracking step is performed at 100~150°C under an atmospheric pressure.
