The screw (4) has an outer threaded part (18) placed on a periphery of a head of the screw, where the head includes co-operating units e.g. female concave part, for co-operating with complementary units e.g. male concave part, of a stump (12). The stump includes another threaded part so that the two threaded parts are tightened by a threaded sliding ring (11). A drill part (27) defines a passage for the screw to be fixed.
