A brallie made of hard resin is provided to prevent the dispersion of the brallie hemisphere, to maintain the height of brallie constant and to keep the surface of the brallie hemisphere soft, so improving the readability and removing fatigue. A screen printing film(10) is made by being fitted with the surface of the printed matter(20) after changing the general character to brallie through point range program. A printing plate(30) is manufactured while point is formed in the through-hole(32) on the printing film by a thick film board in order to control the height of the brallie. A printing plate is load under a member to be printed as brallie and prints hard by UV ink(40), and then hemispherical projection is formed on the member to be printed through the through-hole. The member to be printed is passed through UV drying furnace and is dried in a moment. |
