摘要 A volatile organic compound sensor is provided to improve the sensitivity by using a carbon nanotube in which conductive polymer is applied in a VOC gas measuring sensor. A volatile organic compound sensor comprises a substrate(11), a first electrode(12), a second electrode(13), a carbon nanotube(14), and conductive polymer. The first electrode and the second electrode are formed on the top of the substrate. The carbon nanotube is formed to contact with the first electrode and the second electrode. The conducting polymer is coated on the carbon nanotube. The first electrode comprises a plurality of first comb-typed electrodes(12a) formed in the direction of the second electrode. The second electrode comprises a plurality of second comb-typed electrodes(13a) formed in the direction of the first electrode.
