The installation (1) has a heating part (2) heating biphasic fluid i.e. butane, by solar energy and passing the fluid from a liquid state to a gaseous state. A turbine system is coupled to an electrical generator (6) i.e. alternator, where the system uses a fluid vapor phase (16) as a driving unit for producing electrical energy. The system has turbines (4, 5) that are placed in series. The part has a preheating part (2a) that is provided with an exchanger (13) between a fluid circuit and solar panels (12, 14).
