The device has a machined flat bar with a hole (3) identical to an anti-theft case. The hole is placed in parallel with a hole of the anti-theft case. The device is jointly connected to the anti-theft case by the hole (3) with a strip, and closes an opening of a ball coupler head using an L shaped round emerging part (4) of the device. The round emerging part is constituted of a tube or a ball with a diameter which allows the access of the emerging part at the interior of the coupler head.
