An apparatus for transceiving moving pictures by the wireless multiple access in real time is provided to transmit/receive the moving pictures without constructing an additional communication network whose uplink speed is high. An apparatus(200) for transmitting moving pictures by the wireless multiple comprises the followings: a moving picture encoding part(210) for encoding inputted moving picture contents; a moving picture partition unit(220) for dividing the encoded moving picture contents in the time division and parallel manner, packetizing the divided moving picture contents and producing a plurality of separated frames; and a movie transmitting unit(230) for sequentially transmitting each separated frame through a plurality of channels in the parallel manner. The moving picture transmitting unit includes a sliding window buffer which successively transmits separated frames.
