A bubble removing apparatus of an ink-jet printer and a bubble removing method using the apparatus are provided to easily remove the bubble remaining in the filter unit and reduce the pressure loss in printing. A bubble removing apparatus of an ink-jet printer comprises an ink circulation line, a filter unit(900), and a reversible pump(700). The ink circulation line interconnects an ink tank(500) and a print head. The filter unit is installed at the ink circulation line and filters the foreign material included in the ink. The reversible pump circulates the ink forward and reversely through the ink circulation line.
