A hair line processing device and method is provided to form continuous hair-line on metal sheet including its plane and curved surface. A consecutive hairline processing device comprises a sand paper(110) of annular belt type; a number of rotating rollers(121,122,123) rolling a sand paper on vertical plane to form looped curve; a holder unit(130) which is arranged between a couple of rotating rollers adjacent among a plurality of rotating rollers; and a pressing unit(140) compressing the rotating sand paper outside the looped curve.
