A semiconductor storage disk is provided to dynamically expand or reduce the storage capacity and file system, while maintaining the present file system using SSD memory. A hard disk controller part(125) connected to data bus supports the protocol of the ATA, SATA1, SATA2, and SAS mode. Flash memory controller parts(121a,121b,121c,121d) connected to the hard disc controller part controls data read and write of the flash memory. A data interface part rearranges data memory size used when a memory module is added or removed to/from the flash memory part.
