A bobbin for winding a cable or a wire, a boxed bobbin assembly having the same and, a method for winding cable by using the boxed bobbin assembly are provided to prevent a stranded pitch and an assemblage pitch from being altered to give influence on the quality of a cable when keeping a cable by using an RIB wrapping method. A rotating unit includes a cylindrical spool to which the cable or the wire is reeled, and a central hole is formed into an axial direction. A Bobbin includes a fixing plate which is installed at both side of the rotating unit and pivotally supports the rotating unit. The diameter(D) of a cable reeled to spool and the diameter(d) of the spool are satisfied the d/D>=20. A fixing plate comprises a plurality of ribs formed at the side of the frame in which the cylindrical projection inserted into the center hole is formed in the front and frame or vertex to a cylindrical projection.
