PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of preventing scattering of abrasion powder produced by friction between a power feeding member and a conductive shaft member electrically connected to the conduction part of a heating element provided to the outer peripheral surface, the inner peripheral surface or the inner part of base material with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The fixing device 11 is equipped with a heat roller 12, a pair of electrically insulating bearing members 30 rotatably supporting the heat roller, and the power feeding member 29 for supplying power to the heat roller. The heat roller is equipped with the base material 20 formed of a cylinder, the heating element 21 provided on the outer peripheral surface, the inner peripheral surface or the inner part of the base material and having the conduction parts 21a at both ends, and conductive shaft members 23 formed at both ends of the base material and having a shaft part 24 supported by the bearing member. The conductive shaft member is electrically connected to the conduction part of the heating element and also constituted so that the power feeding member may come into contact with the outward side end face 24a in a roller shaft direction of the shaft part.
