PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fan drive control device capable of preventing damage of a hydraulic pump using a shared working fluid tank, drop of performance, and generation of vibration and noise, and improving durability, by preventing cavitation accompanying changeover of rotation directions of the cooling fan. SOLUTION: The cooling fan drive control device is provided with the hydraulic pump commonly using a working fluid tank together with a hydraulic actuator for driving a working machine, a hydraulic motor driving a cooling fan, a hydraulic motor reverse rotation means reversing rotation of the hydraulic motor, a fan reverse rotation control means 56B controlling reverse rotation of the cooling fan with using the hydraulic motor reverse rotation means, a tank inside pressure drop state judging means 54 judging whether it is under a situation where pressure in the working fluid tank drops with accompanying action of the hydraulic actuator, and a demand reception prohibition means 57 prohibiting reception of input demanding reverse rotation of the cooling fan when it is judged that it is under the situation where pressure in the working fluid drops.
