PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economic run system, a control program, and an economic run state notifying device, which effectively notifies a user of a reason for prohibiting an economic run. SOLUTION: This invention is the economic run system having the economic run function of stopping and restarting an internal combustion engine in response to a vehicle state. This economic run system has: table information for regulating the relationship between a plurality of economic run prohibiting reasons and a priority degree of notifying the user of the respective economic run prohibiting reasons; an economic run ECU 10 determining whether the economic run prohibiting reason occurs in a vehicle; an economic run lamp 41 or a navigation device for notifying the user of the economic run prohibiting reason in response to the priority degree regulated by the table information when determining that the economic run prohibiting reason occurs in the vehicle, by the economic run ECU 10.
