PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform suitable roll attitude control adjusted to movements of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: The stabilizer device is provided with a first stabilizer bar 10L and a second stabilizer bar 10R arranged between left/right wheels WL, WR and split into the left wheel WL side and the right wheel WR side, an actuator 11 for giving relative distortion between the first stabilizer bar 10L and the second stabilizer bar 10R, and an actuator driving control value setting means (electronic control device 1) for setting a driving control value of the actuator 11 based on a load functioning from the first stabilizer bar 10L to the left wheel WL side and from the second stabilizer bar 10R to the right wheel WR side for achieving a target roll angle of a vehicle body B and a height difference between the left/right sides calculated from detection values of vehicle height detecting means (vehicle height sensor 17L, 17R) for respectively detecting a height between the left wheel WL side and the vehicle body B and a height between the right wheel WR side and the vehicle body B.
