PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure for a vehicle capable of effectively transmitting an impact load working in vehicle side surface collision to a floor panel and capable of sufficiently confronting this impact load. SOLUTION: A flange part 27 is raised and formed on a side edge of the floor panel 4 connected to left and right side sills 6, and a plurality of beads 50 are provided with constant intervals by making their ends start from this flange part 27.
