PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire keeping a good balance between driving stability and ride comfort. SOLUTION: Folding ends of a carcass layer 3 are arranged asymmetrically in right and left, and the vehicle-outside folding end 3ae is overlapped with a belt layer 6, while the vehicle-inside folding end 3be is arranged inside the tire maximum width position 7 in the radial direction.
