PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety support system capable of reporting a condition change to an operator when the state of a medical diagnostic apparatus is changed from a condition before maintenance check work during the maintenance check work, and the medical diagnostic apparatus incorporating the system. SOLUTION: The safety support system is provided with an apparatus condition detection means 2c for detecting that the condition of the medical diagnostic apparatus confirmed beforehand when performing maintenance check is changed during the maintenance check, and an apparatus condition display control means 2d for reporting the condition change of the medical diagnostic apparatus detected by the apparatus condition detection means.
