A liquid composition for a human body care-product is provided to improve moisturizing maintenance of rough skin, scalp and hair by adding aloe vera gel as a main material, to stimulate the health by supplying to nutrients of aloe to the skin and hair, and to prevent the generation of skin diseases including athlete's foot and eczema by adding a small amount of vinegar to the liquid composition. A liquid composition for a human body care-product comprises aloe vera gel 35~45 parts by weight, anionic surfactant 30~40 parts by weight, vinegar 3~5 parts by weight, cocamidopropyl betaine 5~10 parts by weight, vegetable oil 1.6~2.4 parts by weight, glycerin 2~4 parts by weight, diethanolamide 4~6 parts by weight and ethylene-diamine-tetra-acetic acid (EDTA) salt 0.03~0.05 parts by weight which is a sequestering agent, based on purified water 100 parts by weight.
