<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual acuity test apparatus capable of accurately examination. <P>SOLUTION: A visual acuity test apparatus for projecting optotypes for a visual acuity test to a screen is provided with an optotype projection optical system of variable magnification which has an illuminating light source for illuminating the optotypes, a plurality of projection lenses movable in an optical axis direction, and is capable of changing an image forming position of the optotype in accordance with an installation distance of the visual acuity test apparatus with respect to the screen. The apparatus is provided with an adjusting means for adjusting a projection light amount of the optotypes on the basis of input value from an input means for inputting each setting value of an installation distance of the visual acuity test apparatus and a detection distance of an examinee or adjusting a projection light amount of the optotypes on the basis of a detection result of a position detecting means for detecting moved positions of a plurality of projection lenses, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
