<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a thermosensitive transfer image receiving sheet having a high density imaging characteristic and high smoothness whereby an excellent image formation is realized, and to provide a thermosensitive transfer image receiving sheet manufactured by the process. <P>SOLUTION: The thermosensitive transfer image receiving sheet includes at least one heat insulating layer including at least one kind of hollow polymer and at least one receiving layer including one kind of polymer latex in its base, at least one of coated layers including a hardener therein and at least one of the coated layers an aqueous polymer therein. The manufacturing process of the thermosensitive transfer image receiving sheet includes at least a simultaneous overlay coating process of two or more layers, a drying process, a taking-up process, a seasoning process, and a processing process. In the taking-up process the atmosphere is conditioned to 15°C to 35°C and 50%RH to 70%RH, and in the seasoning process the seasoning process is kept at 15°C to 35°C for 480 hours. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
