<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type hot water supply apparatus and a heating hot water supply apparatus using the same, capable of improving the heat exchanging efficiency of a hot water heat exchanger by a simple constitution, and supplying the hot water of a high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This heat pump type hot water supply apparatus is provided with a heat pump unit 1 for heating water, a hot-water tank 21 for storing hot water heated by the heat pump unit 1, and the hot water heat exchanger 22 which is arranged in the hot-water tank 21 substantially entirely in the vertical direction and has a water flow from a lower side toward an upper side.
