<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for preparing pickles which is used for preparation by pressure of pickles using a weight stone. <P>SOLUTION: The container 1 for preparing pickles is composed of: a slide table 11 and a slide guide 12 on which a container 100 for pickles is placed; and a weight stone elevating machine 20 which is so arranged that it surrounds the slide table 11 and the slide guide 12. The slide table 11 is placed on the slide guide 12 and can move back and forth along both side walls of the slide guide 12. The weight stone elevating machine 20 is composed of: a U-shaped leg part 21 provided with several wheels 22 on its underside; a gate-like frame 23 arranged from the upper part of the U-shaped leg part 21 perpendicularly upward; a strut 24 attached to the gate-like frame 23; an arm 25 which is extended from the top of the strut 24 over the container 100 for pickles placed on the slide table 11; and pulleys 26 which are placed on the strut 24 and the arm 25 respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
