<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hazard prevention system excellent in safety using communication technique of ETC system. <P>SOLUTION: The hazard prevention system comprises a communication means which communicates with a radio communication device of a vehicle which is traveling in a first area (an area before branch to a toll collection lane) to preannounce radio toll collection; and an entrance limiting means which predicts approach of the vehicle to a second area following the first area based on the communication with the radio communication device by the communication means, limits approach (crossing) of a person to the second area, and releases the entrance limitation based on the lapse of a passing predicted time between the prediction of approach of the vehicle and the passing-through of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
