PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop application devices of electric force, wherein the arrangement and structures which cannot be adopted by conventional electromagnets, or the like, are provided. SOLUTION: As a result of a formula showing interaction of circular currents (coils) which is newly derived by an inventor, such devices which especially apply particular solutions such, as circumscription, inscription, and a center position are developed.
