PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of preventing deterioration of accuracy in the measurement of a distance to an object. SOLUTION: The sensor 100 includes a pixel 42 for measuring the distance to the object by detecting the reflection light irradiated from an LED 2 and reflected by the object, and the pixel 42 includes a high electric field region 42a for making signal charges accumulated in the pixel 42 collide with each other for ionization so as to increase them.
