PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize determination of points in which users get on and get off vehicles, and to facilitate efficient aggregation of the vehicles and the users. SOLUTION: In an information processor 100 for setting the points in which a plurality of the users proceeding to the same target point by using a plurality of the vehicles get on/off the vehicles, an acquisition section 101 acquires a plurality of the vehicles and current points of a plurality of the users. An extraction section 102 extracts a plurality of candidate points as candidates of the points in which the users get on and get off the vehicles from map information, in response to a plurality of the vehicle, a plurality of the current points of a plurality of the users, and the target point. A calculation section 103 calculates the candidate points and a travel time to the target point for a plurality of the vehicles and a plurality of the users from among a plurality of the extracted candidate points, a plurality of the vehicle and the current points of a plurality of the users. A determination section 104 determines the combination of the vehicles, the users who get on and get of the vehicles and the candidate points, based on the calculated travel time, and a setting section 105 sets the points, at which the users get on and get off the vehicles from the determined combination.
